% 11.07.2019 In proceedings under Section 125 of Cr.P.C., trial court vide impugned order of 12th July, 2018 has passed ad-interim award directing petitioner to pay ₹5,000/- per month to respondents. On the last three dates of hearing, adjournments were sought by petitioner's counsel.

Today, none appears on behalf of petitioner even on the second call. It appears that petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing this petition.
