% 23.03.2016 Mr.Gagan Vohra, respondent No.1 is present in Court who submits that he is not in a position to regularize the account and has no objection if the arbitration proceedings may continue before the Arbitrator. Under these circumstances, this Court is left with no option but to confirm the interim order restraining the respondents from selling, encumbering, alienating, transferring or creating any third party interest in respect of the second floor with roof rights of House No.53, Gujra Wala Town, Part-2, New Delhi110009, area admeasuring 225 Sq. Yards, situated in Guranwala CHBS Ltd. (known as Gujran Wala Town Part-II, Delhi).

Liberty is granted to the respondents to move an application for medication of the interim order in

case of change of circumstances.

The present petition is accordingly disposed of.
