% 04.04.2016 In terms of the order of the Hon'ble Court dated 21.03.2016 passed in CM Appl. No. 10572/2016, the documents as mentioned in para 2 (A to F) be released to Counsel for the Appellant on his furnishing definite proof of applicant's identity and the proper receipt in token of his having received the aforesaid documents. The Deputy Registrar concerned is directed to release the aboveaid documents after retaining the certified copies which are already filed with the application.

The Appellant/ applicant shall appear before the Deputy Registrar concerned today i.e. on 04.04.2016 at 4.00 p.m. for the said purpose.
