% 11.04.2017 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition, in view of the circumstance that instead of filing an additional affidavit, in CO.PET.227/2015, 'Great Indian Nautanki Company Pvt. Ltd. vs. Planman Media Pvt. Ltd.', they inadvertently and erroneously instituted the present petition. It is further stated that the additional affidavit has already been filed in CO.PET.227/2015, which is pending before this Court. In view of the foregoing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition. Leave granted.
