1. This is an application jointly filed by the parties seeking disposal of the petition in terms of the Memorandum of Settlement („MoS‟) dated 20th January, 2017 entered in to by the parties. The application is supported by the affidavits of each of the Petitioners as well as the authorised representative of the Respondent.

2. The application is allowed. The MoS is taken on record. O.M.P. 353/2015 & IA No. 12715/2015 (for stay of Award)

3. In terms of the MoS, learned counsel for the Petitioners has handed over to learned counsel for the Respondent today a demand draft in the sum of Rs.3,85,00,000 favouring the Respondent. This is in full and final settlement O.M.P. 353/2015

of all the claims of the Respondent. The parties are bound by the terms of the MoS which is to be read as forming part of the present order.
