1. On 22nd May 2017, the Court was shown an order passed by the Assistant Commissioner of Income Tax, Circle 35 (1), New Delhi disposing of the application by Petitioner No. 2 made under the first proviso to Section 132B (1) (i) of the Income Tax Act, 1961.

2. Today, Mr. Zoheb Hossain, learned Senior Standing Counsel for the Revenue has handed over a similar order dated 4th July, 2017 disposing of the application by Petitioner No. 1.

3. It will be open to both the Petitioners to seek appropriate remedies as may be available to them in accordance with law to challenge both the above said orders.

4. The petition is disposed of.
