1. It is stated by learned Counsel for the Respondent, on instructions, that the order of refund has been passed yesterday. It is directed that within two weeks from today, the refund amount together with interest payable thereon will be deposited to the Petitioner's account directed by the Department.

2. In the event the Petitioner has any grievance as regards the refund amount or if there is any non-compliance with this order, it may approach the VATO first and thereafter seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law. W.P.(C) 3803/2017
