% 01.05.2017 Petitioner has assailed the decision taken by the Regional Committee (Annexure P - 13). Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that reply of the petitioner dated 28th February, 2017 has not been considered by the Regional Committee, inasmuch as the impugned order is a non-speaking order. Be that as it may, remedy of appeal under Section 18 of the NCTE Act is available to the petitioner. Hence, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition. It would be open for the petitioner to invoke the alternative remedies as may be available to the petitioner. Writ petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.

Copy of this order be given dasti to the counsel for the petitioner under the signatures of Court Master.
