The appeals in question were admitted and are to be listed in due course.

However, in between, there is a substantial development which has necessitated moving of the applications under disposal. 3.
By virtue of these applications, the appellant now states that since the matter has been amicably settled, she may be permitted to FAO 570/2016 & FAO 572/2016 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. withdraw her present appeals.

It is also informed that in terms of the settlement, Sh. Prem Sood (respondent No.2 in FAO 570/2016 and respondent No.4 in FAO 572/2016), who is present in Court, has already handed over a Demand Draft of Rs.60 lacs towards full and final settlement with respect to the present appeals.

The appellant also admits that in view of the settlement, she is left with no right over the suit property and does not dispute the grant of probate.

In view of the above, the applications are allowed and consequently, the present appeals are, hereby, dismissed as not pressed in view of the settlement.

The Trial Court Record be sent back so that the learned Trial Court is in a position to complete the requisite remaining formalities in relation to grant of probate.
