Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.08/2010 registered under Sections 341/323/354/34 IPC at PS Sector 23, Dwarka.

Learned APP has informed that charge-sheet has since been filed and there are ten accused persons.

He further informs that the number of victims is four and they are respondents No.2 to 5. There is no other victim. It is stated that the matter has been settled amicably with all the victims. 2.

All the victims are present in person and have been identified by the Investigating Officer. I have enquired from them if they have settled the dispute with the petitioners amicably without any fear or pressure. They have informed that all the disputes between the parties CRL.M.C. 3352/2016

have been resolved amicably with their free consent and they have no objection to the quashing of the FIR in question. 3.

The petition is supported by affidavits of the parties. Since the dispute between the parties has been settled, no useful purpose will be served to continue with the proceedings. In the interest of justice and to enable the parties to put an end to the litigation, FIR No.08/2010 registered under Sections 341/323/354/34 IPC at PS Sector 23, Dwarka and all the proceedings arising therefrom are quashed. 4.

The petitioners are directed to deposit ` 20,000/- as costs in the Prime Minister Relief Fund within two weeks. Registry shall ensure its compliance.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
