Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.

The Court vide order dated 25.01.2019 has captured the controversy involved in the instant writ petition while taking note of the report submitted by the Executive Engineer (Civil) IIT-Delhi.

Even after passing of the aforesaid order, sufficient time has elapsed and presumably the building condition might have further deteriorated. The Court, therefore, finds it necessary to allow the respondent-Corporation to act in accordance with law, while keeping in mind the report of the Executive Engineer (Civil) IIT-Delhi, as has been noted by the Court in the aforesaid order.
