The appeal impugns the judgment and decree for recovery of mesne profits and is accompanied with an application for condonation of 2051 days delay in filing thereof.

Considering the cause list of this Court, the matter is unlikely to reach if passed over and the passover sought is nothing but a guise for delaying the consideration of the application for condonation of long delay of 2051 days in filing the appeal.
