After some hearing, the counsel for the complainant sought permission to withdraw the applications submitting that he would pursue for necessary relief the matter raised here, if required, by appropriate submissions before the appropriate forum, inasmuch as the application for maintenance allowance including on behalf of the child is pending adjudication before the Family Court.

The applications are dismissed as withdrawn.
