3. The refund claim of the Petitioner is for the fourth quarter of 2015-16. Learned counsel for the Respondents assures that the refund application of the Petitioner will be processed and an order issued thereon not later than two weeks from today. It is directed that within three weeks from today the refund amount together with interest payable thereon will be deposited into the Petitioner's account directly by the DVAT Department. If there is any non-compliance with this order, it will be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
