Pursuant to the order dated 21.8.2018, when directions were issued to the appellants to give a written intimation of the next date of hearing to the respondent no.1 [petitioner in W. P(C) 7639/2018], appearance is entered by learned counsels for all the respondents.

Mr. N. Hariharan, Senior Advocate appearing for the respondent No.1 and Mr. Vivek Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.3 state on instructions that they are agreeable to the suggestion that was LPA 453/2018

recorded on the last date of hearing to the effect that the appellants can be granted liberty to respond to the respondent No.1's pending representation by filing a reply before the respondent No.2/ECI, so that a decision can be taken by the respondent No.2/ECI looking at the entire aspect, as raised by the parties. Parties agree that the respondent No.3 can also submit a reply to the respondent No.1's representation.

As all the parties are ad idem on the said suggestion, the present appeal is disposed of with liberty granted to the appellants and the respondent No.3 to submit their replies to the respondent No.1's pending representation within four weeks, to the respondent No.2/ECI, who shall then consider the same and decide the respondent No.1's representation in accordance with law, within four weeks.
