1. It is stated by learned Counsel for the Respondent, on instructions, that the order of refund has been passed. It is directed that the refund amount together with the interest payable thereon be deposited to the Petitioner's account directly by the Department within one week after the Petitioner has furnished its bank details.

2. In the event that the Petitioner has any grievance either on account of nonpayment of the refund amount together with interest as directed or noncompliance with any of the above directions, it would be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law. W.P.(C) 3842/2017
