% 09.09.2016 Present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent no. 4-DDA to cancel allotment of the Flat No. 241, Pocket 1, Category-A, Phase-2, Sector 13, Dwarka, Delhi allotted to respondent no. 5 on the ground that the said allotment was procured by impersonation of petitioner's deceased husband under the Punjab Migrants Housing Scheme.
Mr.Sanjeev Sabharwal, standing counsel for DDA who appears on advance notice has handed over a copy of the fact note in which it is averred that the SDM, Punjabi Bagh, Delhi vide his report dated 23rd October, 2015 had not recommended the name of Mr.Rakesh
Aggarwal, son of Mr.Durga Dass for giving possession of the said flat. It is further stated that on the basis of the said recommendation, the competent authority cancelled the allotment and the said cancellation has been communicated to the allottee on 14th March, 2016. A copy of the status report is taken on record. In view thereof, present writ petition and the applications are disposed of as infructuous.
