The present applications have been filed by the respondents/plaintiffs praying inter alia for issuing directions to the trial court to refund the court fees affixed by them on the plaints.

Counsel for the respondents states that in view of the liberty granted to the respondents, in the consent order dated 1.12.2016, they had approached the trial court for refund of the court fees. However, the said request has been turned down vide order dated 28.3.2017. RFA 701/2016, 707/2016, 788/2017, 789/2016, 791/2016

Counsel for the respondents seeks leave to withdraw the present applications, while reserving the right of the respondents to seek appropriate remedies against the aforesaid order in accordance with law. 4.

Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The applications are dismissed as withdrawn.
