% 04.07.2018 Learned counsel for the Decree Holder prays for leave to withdraw the present Execution Petition with liberty to raise all pleas in the suit which is CS 1840/2016, titled Ashok Kumar Gaba & Anr. v. Mool Chand Jain & Ors., pending in the Court of Sh.Sharad Gupta, ADJ-01(Shahdara), Karkardooma, Delhi, including seeking interim protection with respect to the amount which may be received by the Company Royal Construction Company Pvt. Ltd. in Execution Petition 131/2015. In view of the above, the present Execution Petition and pending applications are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the
