Vide the present petition, the petitioner has prayed for correction of his father's name in the Certificate of Secondary School Examination, 2010 issued by the respondent-CBSE. The respondentCBSE is opposing the petition and has filed its counter affidavit on 10.11.2016 to which no rejoinder has been filed by the petitioner till date. The record shows that on the last three dates either none has appeared or only a proxy counsel has appeared for the petitioner.
