% 31.05.2017 The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India sought a direction in the nature of habeas corpus against the statutory authorities to produce Ms. Arti, the wife of the petitioner. We are informed that the petitioner along with Ms. Arti are on their way to come from West Bengal to Delhi.

In view of the foregoing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
