2. Issue notice to the Respondents. Mr.Rahul Sharma, Advocate accepts notice for the Respondents.

3. Counsel for the Respondent assures that the Respondents shall process the refund applications of the Petitioner positively within two weeks from today. It is directed that the refund amount together with interest thereon should be paid directly into the account of the Petitioner within three weeks from today.
