This is an application filed on behalf of the plaintiffs under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ('CPC') seeking clerical correction in the order dated 04.12.2025 at paragraph '6' therein. 2.

Issue notice. Learned counsel for the defendants accepts notice. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed and paragraph '6' is corrected to read as under:- "6. The matter has been received back from the Ld. Joint Registrar (J). The statements of Mr. Gautam Seth, Mr. Lalit Seth, Mr. Rishi Seth and Mr. Ameet Kumar Gupta have been recorded in each of the three suits. 4.

The correction has been carried out at paragraph '6' and has been highlighted in bold.

It is clarified that order dated 04.12.2025 shall be read along with this order.
