% 13.07.2015 Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has instructions to withdraw the present appeal without prejudice to the pending disputes in the Arbitration Tribunal vis-à-vis Ludhiana Improvement Trust and M/s Mapletree Property Pvt. Limited. As far as the latter is concerned, the appellant's contention before the arbitral tribunal is that the liability is exclusively that of Ludhiana Improvement Trust.

The appeal and pending applications are accordingly dismissed as withdrawn in the above terms.
