RC.REV. 299/2015 Learned counsel for the respondent requests for an adjournment as the main counsel is stated to be unwell. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the trial is in progress. He submits that he will not press the petition on merits provided the Trial Court is directed to dispose of the matter expediously as the landlord

is senior citizen.

Noting the above submission which is undisputed, Trial Court shall endeavour to dispose of the petition expeditiously and preferably within an outer limit of 16 months from today. Petition disposed of.
