Plaintiffs have stated that they are not party to the sale deed in question and the suit has been valued at Rs.20 lacs for pecuniary jurisdiction. Plaintiff has paid court fees of Rs.130 each for the relief of declaration and injunction. The suit is covered by notification number 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 and it is to be transferred.
