% 25.05.2015 Despite the writ petition being called twice, no one has appeared on behalf of the Vikas Chaudhary. Saurabh and Rachna are present in court and state that they have got married and they are happy.

Learned counsel for Saurabh and Rachna state that they have filed a writ petition No.902/2015 which is pending adjudication and is listed today.

Rachna has stated that she is willingly and happily married to Saurabh and they want to live and reside together. Saurabh who is present in court has made a similar statement.

Rachna is more than 23 years of age. It has been stated that relatives of Rachna have threatened and are harassing the family members of the Saurabh.

If necessary and required, police protection will be provided to Rachna, Saurabh and the family members. Telephone numbers of two police officials will be made available to them so that they can be contacted in case they receive any threat. Rachna is presently employed at Government Senior Secondary School at new Kondli as a Teacher.

It is stated that her school is adjacent to the house of relatives of Rachna. Rachna states that she may be harassed and troubled while she is in school. The said aspect will be duly considered by the Police and if required and necessary, appropriate steps will be taken. It will be open to the Saurabh and Rachna to approach the court in case they face any difficulty or problem.

The writ petition is disposed of.
