% 20.10.2015 It is submitted that parties have settled their disputes before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 10th April, 2015 on the terms and conditions as stipulated in the Memorandum of Understanding/Settlement dated 10th February, 2015. Parties shall remain bound by the terms of Settlement. Learned counsel for the plaintiffs submits that plaintiffs are not pressing this suit in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties. Suit is disposed of as not pressed. Miscellaneous applications in the matter are disposed of as infructuous. Since the parties have settled their disputes through the process of mediation, let court fee be refunded to the plaintiffs and a necessary certificate be issued in this regard by the Registry. A.K.
