% 01.10.2018 Report of service to respondents No.6 and 7 is awaited. Respondent No.8 is unserved as the address was incomplete. However, learned counsel for respondents No.6, 7 and 8 enters appearance. Petitioners are present in Court. They state that are married and have married of their own free will and seek protection from respondents No.6 and 7. Respondent No.6 is the father of petitioner No.1 and respondent No.8 is the person with whom respondent No.6 performed the marriage of petitioner No.1 after petitioner No.1 had married to petitioner No.2. Respondent No.6 states that since the petitioner No.1 is married and living with petitioner No.2, he has no objection to the same and neither he W.P.(CRL) 2519/2018
nor his family members will interfere in the peaceful matrimonial life of the petitioner. In view of the statement of respondent No.6, petitioners seek leave to withdraw the petition.
Petition and the application are dismissed as withdrawn. MUKTA GUPTA, J.
