Criminal Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed to set aside the order dated 22.12.2016 passed by learned M.M directing the registration of FIR under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C which has been upheld by learned ASJ vide Order dated 27.03.2017. 2.

Learned Prosecutor has pointed out that the "Closure Report" has already been filed in the present FIR way back in 2022 in which Protest Petition was filed by the Complainant in the year 2023 in which the arguments were heard and concluded before the learned M.M in July, 2024 despite which the Orders have not come forth. 3.

In so far as the present Petition is concerned it has become infructuous in view of the Closure Report submitted by the State. Therefore, the Petition is disposed of with the liberty to the Petitioner to seek his legal remedy which may arise subsequent to the Order of the learned M.M in the Protest Petition. 5.

In so far as the Orders not being announced by the learned M.M, it is hereby directed that the learned M.M shall pronounce its Order on the Protest Petition, within one month from today. 6.

Copy of the order be communicated to the learned M.M for compliance.
