% 08.05.2017 The petitioner, by the present petition, seeks a direction to respondent - All India Sports Council of the Deaf to send the name of the petitioner to participate in the Deaflympics, 2017 to be held in Turkey from 18th July to 30th July, 2017.

Learned counsel for the respondent, who appears on advance notice, submits that by communication dated 01.05.2017, the name of the petitioner has been recommended in the sport of Lawn Tennis (women) to the Sports Authority of India for further action. A copy of the letter dated 01.05.2017 has been produced in the Court. The same is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach this Court in case the need so arises in future.

The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner as prayed for.
