% 19.09.2016 After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellant submits that one Mr Vijay Kumar Kaushal was also junior to the appellant was also appointed as AG-II(M) Steno, Gr-II and this factum has not been examined in the impugned order. He seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to file a review application before the Ld. Single Judge, resering his right to challenge the impugned order, if required. In view of the statement made by counsel for the appellant, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file review application etc.. We clarify and state that we have not commented on maintainability and merits. Review application, if filed, will be examined and considered as per law. The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
