In this case, the writ petition was disposed of by an order dated 09.09.2016. By the present application, the petitioner has prayed that the aforesaid order be modified to the extent that the period of one week granted to the petitioner to join his place of posting may commence from the date of the payment of the advance of TTA.

Heard. No such prayer was made by the petitioner at the time of hearing and disposal of the writ petition. We find the application to be mis-conceived; the same is accordingly dismissed.
