O R D E R

% 12.07.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as a petition under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 has been admitted against the respondent Company and the petitioner has also filed an application before the NCLT Hyderabad Bench for return of the bank guarantee. The interim order dated 07.05.2015 shall continue for a further period of four weeks from today and it would be for the NCLT Hyderabad to decide the continuation of the order thereafter on an appropriate application being moved by the petitioner.

The petition is disposed of with the above direction, with no order as to cost.
