% 10.04.2017 Ld. counsel for the petitioner submits that he has not received financial upgradation.

It is being submitted by the respondent that the petitioner was granted two financial upgradations, one under the ACP and second under MACP and that, petitioner occupies an isolated post and therefore, no promotional upgradation is possible.

In view thereof, ld. Counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the writ petition.
