% 10.09.2018 The petitioner‟s grievance was with respect to the rejection of its application seeking stay of demands pertaining to the period AY-2007-08, 2008-09, 2009-10, 2010-11, 2011-12 and 2012-13. Various demands for different amounts were raised. Revenue submits that during the pendency of these proceedings, CIT(A) proceeded to deal with the substantive merits of the appeal and by order dated 07.06.2018 granted full relief to the assessee.

In these circumstances, the writ petition is rendered infructuous. Respondents are directed to give full effect and issue "Nil" demand to the petitioner consequentially.

Writ pettion is disposed of in the above terms. Pending application also stands disposed of.
