The respondent appears in person. He submits that the criminal complaint filed by the petitioner, sought to be transferred from Saket Court to Karkardooma Court, has already been decided and disposed of on 31st July, 2017 by the learned MM, Mahila court, South East District, Saket Court, New Delhi. He submits that he was discharged by the learned MM. He handed over a copy of the order dated 31.07.2017 which is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner admits the said position. 3.

In view of above, nothing survives in this petition. The same is dismissed accordingly.
