O R D E R

% 08.07.2017 The Tribunal has granted compensation of Rs.2,25,000/- to the appellant with interest @9% pa from the date of filing of the petition vide judgment dated 11.04.2016.

During negotiations both the parties have agreed to settle the matter for a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- over and above the award, payable by the insurance company, in appeal filed for enhancement preferred by the appellant towards full and final settlement of the present claim. The enhanced amount of Rs.1,50,000/- shall be deposited within two weeks from today lest it shall carry an interest @ 9% pa from the date of default till the date of realisation. The amount so deposited shall

be released to the claimant on completion of necessary formalities. Nothing remains in the appeal.

In view of above, the appeal stands disposed of. Order dasti.
