% 18.09.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case; petitioner is in custody for the last about 8 months; no one was hurt in the incident and the petitioner was arrested after about 15 days after the incident. It is further submitted that desi katta was planted on the petitioner in as much as no public person was made witness to the recovery. Co-accused Pawan has already been granted bail.

Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances of this case, petitioner is admitted to bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `40,000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.
