% 20.03.2018 None appears for the petitioner even after a pass-over. The State has filed a status report dated 17.03.2018 of ACP, Anti Human Trafficking Unit, Crime Branch, New Delhi. We have perused the same. It appears that substantial efforts have been made to locate the 12year-old child, namely Kunal, who is the son of petitioner. It appears that Kunal voluntarily left his home. He changed his clothing of school and went away without information to any person about where he was going.

He had earlier as well made a similar attempt but was found at the Tilak Bridge Railway Station by the Railway Police, and returned to his home. His classmate has informed that Kunal had informed him that he would be going to Haridwar. The status report shows that searches have been made in the areas of Haridwar, Roorkee, etc., but to no avail. In these circumstances, we direct the AHTU, Crime Branch to continue with its efforts to locate the missing child and keep the petitioner informed of the progress made in the case. If any clues or information is provided by the petitioner, the same shall also be looked into with all seriousness.
