% 13.02.2017 This writ petition was filed through the general power attorney holder Mr Ram Chander Batra on behalf of the petitioners Rati Khan and Baimard. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that he has instructions to withdraw this writ petition insofar as the petitioner no.2 is concerned. As regards petitioner no.1 Rati Khan, we are informed that he passed away on 26.11.2014 after filing of this writ petition. Since Rati Khan is no more, the power of attorney given by him does not survive any further and therefore Mr Ram Chander Batra cannot represent his LRs. In these circumstances, we permit the withdrawal of the writ petition insofar as petitioner no.2 is concerned and dispose of the writ petition.
