% 22.01.2016 It appears that the matter between the parties is settled. The respondent has handed over a draft bearing no.015059 dated 15.01.2016 for Rs.7,44,967/- drawn on IDBI Bank, Sector-3, Rohini, in favour of the petitioner to the learned counsel for the petitioner. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, says that he does not wish to press the captioned petition any further.

The captioned petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. If for any reason, the draft is not honoured, the petitioner will have liberty to approach this court for revival of the petition. RAJIV SHAKDHER, J JANUARY 22, 2016/yg
