2. Issue notice to the Respondents. Mr. Avtar Singh, the learned counsel for the DVAT Department accepts notice.

3. The learned counsel for the Respondent submits that within two weeks from today, the necessary refund order together with interest payable thereon shall be issued.

4. It is directed that within four weeks from today, the refund amount together with interest payable to the petitioner thereon will be paid directly to the petitioner's account. If there is any non-compliance with this direction, it would be open to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
