% 28.03.2016 Present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to execute a perpetual lease deed in favour of the petitioner with respect to the plot situated at Community Centre, Nand Nagri, Shahdra, Delhi.

Learned counsel for respondent no.1 states that the petitioners can visit the office of respondent no.1 on any date convenient to them and execute the lease deed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that since one of the partners of the petitioner is abroad, the petitioners shall execute the perpetual lease deed after two weeks.

The statements made by both the parties are accepted by this Court and the parties are held bound by the same.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, the partners of the petitioner as well as its two witnesses are directed to visit the respondent no.1's office i.e. Director (IAL) DUSIB, Room No.C-5, Vikas Kutir, ITO, New Delhi on 18th April, 2016 at 11 AM and execute the perpetual lease deed.

With the aforesaid observations and direction, the present writ petition is disposed of as satisfied.
