The present petition has been filed under Section 29A (4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of time for making of the Arbitral Award by the Sole Arbitrator adjudicating the disputes that have arisen between the parties in relation to the Tripartite Maintenance Agreement dated 17th March, 2006. Having perused the contents of the petition and taking note of the fact that the arbitration proceedings are at final stage with only arguments to be addressed by the parties, time for making of the Award is extended for a further period of three months with effect

from today.

The petition is allowed in the above terms with no order as to costs.
