% 08.10.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case directions are issued to the Trial Court for expeditious disposal of the case, he shall not press this application at this stage. He further submits that the prosecutrix is not traceable as she did not appear before the Trial Court on the last date of hearing.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions from the Investigation Officer, submits that the prosecutrix is very much available and is with her parents.

In view of the facts and circumstances, Trial Court is directed to expedite the recording of the prosecution evidence and endeavour to conclude the same within six months from the next date of hearing before the trial court.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.
