% 23.02.2017 Parties have settled their dispute before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide Settlement Deed dated 09.01.2017.

In terms of the settlement, the defendant has handed over a cheque no.000013 dated 23.02.2017 for a sum of Rs.25,000/- drawn on Kotak Mahindra Bank, Khasra No.65, Harpool Singh Market, Main Dwarka, Janakpuri Road, New Delhi - 110045 to the counsel for the plaintiff.

The suit stands disposed of in terms of settlement dated 09.01.2017. Parties shall remain bound by their undertakings. Certificate of refund of court fee be issued in favour of the plaintiff in term of Section 16 of the Court Fees Act read with Section 89 of CPC.
