% 22.01.2019 The Crl.Appeal No. 456/2017 has already been disposed of on 28.8.2018.

The matter is taken up on receipt of the letter from the Deputy Secretary, Litigation, of the Government of NCT of Delhi, apprising of the response received from the DSLSA and the Superintendent, Central Jail No.4, Tihar vide letters dated 26.11.2018 and 24.12.2018. As per record letter dated 24.12.2018 has already been received from the Superintendent, Central Jail, Tihar, Delhi and the report of the Special Secretary, DSLSA dated 26.11.2018 has also been received now to the effect that the compensation of Rs.3,00,000/- has already been paid to the victim.

The matter be renotified for submission of the next bi-annual report by the Superintendent, Central Jail, Tihar, Delhi in terms of the judgment of this Court.
