% 10.01.2017 Learned counsel for the respondent assures and undertakes to this Court that the gradings as well as adverse entries in the petitioner's ACRs shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of four weeks.

In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the present contempt petition any further. She, however, states that after receipt of the aforesaid documents, she would file a representation in accordance with the order dated 08th January, 2016 passed in WP(C) 151/2016.

Recording such statement/undertaking, the present contempt petition stands disposed of.
