The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, impugning an order dated 07.03.2019 passed by respondent no.2 (the District Appropriate Authority) under the Pre-Conception and Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques (Prohibition of Sex Selection) Act, 1994 (PC & PNDT Act). 2.

It is seen that the petitioner had also filed an appeal under Section 21(2) of the said PC & PNDT Act. The said appeal (Appeal No.7/2016) has been dismissed by a speaking order dated 24.04.2017. The said order has not been challenged by the petitioner.

In the aforesaid circumstances, the petition is disposed of leaving it open for the petitioner to avail his remedies, against the order dated

24.04.2017, in accordance with law.
